dfr lit for expression

Creates a literal expression.

> dfr lit {flags} (literal)

• literal: literal to construct the expression

Created a literal expression and converts it to a rsh object

Tips: Dataframe commands were not shipped in the official binaries by default, you have to build it with --features=dataframe flag
