config reset for env

Reset rsh environment configurations to default, and saves old config files in the config location as oldconfig.rsh and oldenv.rsh.

Signature

> config reset {flags}

Flags

• --rsh, -n: reset only rsh config, config.rsh
• --env, -e: reset only env config, env.rsh
• --without-backup, -w: do not make a backup
